East Point College of Engineering &
Technology has formed online student Grievance Redressal mechanism as per the AICTE directionwith the objective
to formulate the policy to investigate and review complaints or grievances of stakeholders and to
ensureeffective solution depending upon the gravity of the grievance. All aggrieved students and their parents
may submit their grievances online and the Grievance Redressal Committee will address their issues.
All the students and Parents can approach the Grievance Redressal Committee and Submit and Grievance online.
The GRC shall meet as and when requires and assess the merit of the complaint. the decision of the GRC will be
intimated to the complaint in the website. In case of any false complaint the GRC will take appropriate action
against the complaint.
